Question
The 27th of March, the “Digital Detox Day” took place in the school, but I didn’t take part in it.
The concept is for me a punishment and a privation of my phone; it’s like if I would be in prison.
I know when my phone is away from me, as example during class checks I feel bad and stressed; I just want to get it back as soon as possible.
It’s a bad experience for me; I wouldn't have a good day.
During the “Digital Detox Day”, when I see my friends without their phone, I told myself that I could not do it.
For me, my phone is her when I’m bored and allow me to stay in touch with the outside world.
It’s also a good distraction for example during lunch, to listen to music when I walk, my phone is not essential for live, but it pass the time.
It’s also very helpful, it’s a help when I have to work; just go on the internet and you have all the answers.
I think I’m addicted to my phone, but we are in the 21nd century, and everybody lives with a phone, it’s so practice.
So I cannot leave my phone as long.
