72,5² = 858²/y² + y²

5256,25Y - Y² = 736164

Y² - 5256,25Y + 736164 = 0

Y² - 21025Y/4 + 736164 = 0

2 solutions :

Y = 144 ou Y = 20449/4

y = V144 = 12 ou y = V(20449/4) = 143/2

x = 858/y

donc

si y = 12 alors x = 858/12 = 71,5

si y = 143/2 = 71,5 alors x = 858/(143/2) = 12

donc le périmètre = h + x + y = 72,5 + 71,5 + 12 = 156m
