Bonsoir j'ai un exercice auquelle j'ai du mal a me concentrer pourriez vous m'aider? le triangle MNP est rectangle en M. On donne NP=x+2 et MN=x+1 ou x est un nombre positif et supérieur a 1. Exprimer MP au carré en fonction de x?

♤ Sachant que MNP est un triangle rectangle en M on a donc d'après le théorème de Pythagore :
NP² = MN² + MP²
(x+2)² = (x+1)² + MP²
D'où
MP² = (x+2)² - (x+1)²
MP² = (x+2-x-1)(x+2+x+1)
MP² = (1)(2x+3)
